Do you think there is a 'meaning to/of life'? If so, what do you think it might be?
Yes, there is a meaning to life and I know I am here for a purpose - to spread love and light to others, and make each moment count/matter.
What do you do to try to live a meaningful life?
Make every moment matter - not always easy, especially if 'life' gets in the way, but I remember why I am here and keep coming back to that truth of who I am and why I am here.
What do you think about challenges in life?
Yes, challenges make life more fulfilling, especially when we learn from them. Again, sometimes it is easier, it depends on the setback and how I am feeling in that moment, but I am a 'doer' so I do something and it usually helps with any setbacks I might encounter.
Have you ever found love challenging to live with, and how did that affect you?
Yes, of course, especially when you love for the wrong reasons, or love based on old ideas or out of fear. It gave me the wrong impression of love and I sacrificed my ‘self’ for love at times – all good now, part of the experience.
Have you found a way to live with 'love' and if so, how have you worked with it?
Yes, when I learned and felt real love, it makes everything so much easier.
Have you ever found yourself wanting an answer about love or life that you didn't get? If so, how did you live with the non-answer?
Yes, of course. I got my answer by writing. Before I even realised what I was doing or why I was writing – I have always written ‘stream of consciousness’ writing – before it was even called that. This helped/helps me make sense of a lot of things.
Are you able to embrace your journey/the path before you with its opportunities and challenges?
Yes, the more I see what this journey is about, the more I am able to embrace opportunities and challenges. Not always easy, but at least I know what it is for.
What do you do when you're uncertain about big life decisions?
I write. Or I talk to my best friend. Or I do nothing, but the answer always comes when I need it.
What do you think about the idea that we take external/travel journeys to really go on the journey within ourselves (to work through something stirring inside)?
I guess this could be true, but I also know that we don't need to travel externally to go on the journey within ourselves. I haven't travelled much lately but I have gone on some amazing journeys within!
In wrapping up, I want to make note to the realisation that I am consciously, unconsciously, subconsciously manifesting my reality. And how powerful I am with this information. I haven’t always been aware of this and the more I become aware the more amazing life is.
A huge turning point in my life was standing in front of a mirror on the morning of my 46th birthday (June 2014) and telling myself ‘I love you’ for the very first time. I had been listening to Louise Hay for a while, but this simple expression sent me on a huge path of healing and transformation. I wasn’t aware at the time how profound it would be. I had a Kundalini Awakening, many Dark Nights of the Soul and many more experiences that when I was in a lower realm of consciousness, I perceived these things as painful, but I know now that this was all part of my awakening to how powerful I truly am; all part of aligning me to my truth.
My life has changed significantly in the last ten years, in ways I would never have imagined. I wouldn’t change a thing – ‘good’ and ‘bad’ – it is all perceptions. Living in the moment and trying to stay present no matter what, simple, not always easy, also helps hugely.

PS
Embarking on Eudaimonia signifies a journey towards living a life of fulfilment, purpose, and flourishing.
"Eudaimonia" is a Greek term often translated as "happiness" or "flourishing." In philosophy, particularly in Aristotle's ethics, eudaimonia refers to the state of living well, achieving one's full potential, and experiencing a sense of fulfilment and thriving in life.
